Abstract:
This Paper presents a software tool which was developed for intensive education in the subject of Logic Design under conditions of universities in Vietnam. The user­friendly program is modularly structured and makes the step­by­step solution of complex logical design tasks possible. The students can study theoretical foundations and compare the properties of several design algorithm for incompletely specified functions and finite state machines. Using KTS, independence and creativity of the students are supported and the quality of the education was improved significantly. The expenditure for care was considerably reduced. After their studies the graduates use the program system KTS to design control systems in the industry.
